CUSTOMS AND DUTY
Shipments to countries outside Europe may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you – we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country – contact your local customs office for further information.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your delivery hasn't arrived, please wait 7 working days (14 days for overseas orders) from the date of your 'order despatched' email in case it has been delayed. Please note delivery can be slower around Christmas and this is out of our control. In case of goods received damaged or faulty please retain the goods and email email@example.com within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the damaged or faulty goods to be exchanged or will provide a refund of the cost of the goods.
